Extremely unreliable. Sometimes it records, sometimes not. You'll get an alert for movement but there's nothing in the cloud recordings. Sometimes it just randomly disconnects for no reason, and you don't know it until it's too late. Then you're off to reconnect everything like you just bought it. This really is lousy, and I'm paying monthly for this mess.

App is very laggy, and sometimes it just doesn't work or load things. Wish I had read reviews on the app software before buying the cameras. I'm thinking of returning them because other camera software are better. Not only that, but the prices they are charging is 3x higher than others, and I wouldn't mind paying such high prices, but the software doesn't work, so there is no point. Will have to look for alternative cameras.

USED to be good. Used to record everything, including orbs. Now the camera just disconnects or go offline, every time the app is closed. Always have to reconnect by opening the app. And it always freezes. Fixed this bs! About to go with a different company! It failed to record the neighborhood kids throw a ball to the windows and breaking it. Garbage!
